Open Night. The window of a few hours every year, when a secondary school plays host to prospective pupils and parents and shows off its best.

For the past few weeks I have been modifying, printing and preparing our (in-house designed) various informational booklets ready for distribution on Wednesday, as well as producing adverts for the local press. On top of these are a special-edition newsletter to support the event, and a cover for our new-and-updated promotional DVD.

All our material is printed on 155gsm glossy paper by our colour photocopier, which also staples and folds where appropriate, and really adds a professional touch to what we produce.

Looking forward to the evening itself - mainly due to the traditional food arrangement that we have in our IT Support department - pizzas all round! :)
